Get down to the new gym
Get down to MMA Sutherland shire which is the new facility in town. Man that place is incredible. I just joined and all i can say is wow. The place is huge and has about thirty punching bags, 2 full size boxing rings, one full size mma cage and three climbing ropes from the ceiling. There is also a fully equipped weights area with treadmills, dumbbells, Olympic bars, weight machines, medicine balls. They offer classes seven days a week and have several classes a day. They offer classes in Brazilian jiu Jitsu, Karate, Judo and Boxing. They also do stretching and yoga classes.
