Fathers have rights to their children as well as Mothers do
Many people can side with a Mother if a relationship has broken down and a child is involved. The child should be the most important thing to consider but unfortunately it doesn’t always end up that way. If the Mother is bitter towards the broken relationship, usually she will do all she can to stop the Father of the child having a part in their lives. The rights for fathers cover them so they can have an input into their child’s up bringing as they should. The only time this will be different is if there is any danger to the child from the Father as there are in some cases which stops contact for obvious reasons.
