Manufacturing Training Made Easy
In the past I have relied on books, articles, and trade magazines to improve the production of my manufacturing company. When items have to be scrapped or project require overtime in order to meet a customers deadline, I end up losing money. I have been struggling with this for some time, but finally found a manufacturing training course that I am taking online. I am going to have all the supervisors complete the course as well. I am learning a lot and am completely confident that we will be able to implement these new techniques and start seeing better profits.
