First Phase of BP Claims
There has been a lot of talk about people, who have lost money due to the oil spill, being able to file BP Claims. The first phase of the claims process will last until the oil spill has been stopped. During this time business owners can file claims to receive money to cover three to six months worth of their lost earnings. Accepting money during this initial phase, does not mean that a business owner waives their right to file other claims. After the oil spill is stopped busiinsess and individuals will be able to file a claim for their future losses. Once people get money from the second phase they will not be able to file future claims.
