Popcorn Snacks

Popcorn makes a great snack when watching movies or just for a bite between meals. Now, we don’t always have to eat popcorn loaded with butter, more butter, salt and whatever other toppings we want to put on it. This can cause our nice, light snack to become unhealthy. Instead, if you are eating popcorn as an in between meal snack, you should look for some that is lightly buttered, and lightly salted, if at all. Try to find something low in fat, and keep the calories low. And when it is movie time, then you can break out the whirley pop popcorn!
