Local dollar stores have begun selling many children’s table and chairs sets themed with everything from Dora to Barbie. For under $20, parents can find a table and chairs set that are sure to be a big hit with their child. The problem is that many of these cheaper versions are not very sturdy and if they have padded tops, they rip very easily. A childrens table and chair sets should last more than a couple of months as well. Consider the rapid growth of your child and try to find a set that will double as a homework or art station as they enter preschool and beyond.
