I Have Decided to Try a Body Detox Before I Start My Diet and Exercise Program

I am pretty new at a lot of the recent trends in physical fitness, but I do think that cleaning up our bodies is as important as trying to make them over with good food and proper exercise. Everything that I have been reading talks about the danger from all the pollutants in important organs like our lungs and pancreas. My first step to physical fitness is going to be a complete body detox. Before I start putting the good stuff in, I want to clean out toxins and pollutants that may be adversely affecting me. It seems to make sense to me, and I am really excited about the possible results.
