The last time I was this lean and energetic, I was on the Atkins diet and taking fat burner pills but always felt on edge, moody and didn’t even want to think about the misery of the animals I was eating! I was like a walking time bomb. Of course I didn’t maintain that way of living ( it was awful if I didn’t take the fat burners to keep up my energy! ) I eventually gained weight and bad fat eating habits, stopped working out and was prone to illness. after a prolonged sinus and lung infection I began a search on the net for a way to ” cleanse ” myself and found the raw food blog way of life! Your research has helped me navigate my way to my present lean energetic self. I don’t need coffee at all and I have a wonderfully calm light feeling ALL THE TIME! I plan to pack on muscle with weight training to show others that live plant foods do build better ( and happier ) bodies! I think this way of life will help the planet towards a very bright future!
