Handlers has to carry two phones around with him
We left Orange after 4 years to join Tesco mobile phone coverage in February 2010. The initial transfer was relatively straight forward and dealt with very efficiently. However since then we have experienced nothing but problems. Firstly we wanted to port a number onto an existing phone on our contract, we were told there was no way to do this and nothing they could do to help. As a result one of our Account Handlers has to carry two phones around with him. v annoying. Second problem was insurance; one of the phones on our account has been dropped and resulted in cracked screen, it was at this point we were told that the initial set up which seemed so efficient didn’t set up insurance for our business! In short when the minimum contract is up, we’re off – maybe we’ll try T-Mobile or T-mobile…
