Changing All of the Time
My husband and I own what we like to refer to as an international restaurant. We prepare dishes from all over the world. We use ingredients from all over the planet as well in our dishes. That is why we like to stay on top of all of the latest import alerts. Our menu is changing all of the time, it is based on what we are able to bring in and from where. It is a very exciting business to be in. I really like the fact that we change what we offer all of the time. It keeps people coming back.
